ACCURUN 378 Series 5000 is formulated for use with laboratory tests that detect Human Papillomavirus (HPV) DNA in human cervical samples. The product contains transfected cells with full-length episomal HPV16 DNA, the HPV type most often present in cervical carcinomas. Transfected cells are mixed with non-infected cultured human cells to mimic a patient sample. Supplied in single-use vials, no additional processing required. Can help you avoid costly repeats and, more importantly, false negative or positive results by allowing you to monitor your HPV DNA assay with a reliable source of positive material.
