The AccuSet HSV-1/2 Mixed Titer Performance Panel is a 21-member panel; 1.2mL fill per vial of naturally occurring plasma and serum specimens ranging from negative to strongly positive for anti-HSV 1/2 IgG and IgM markers. Test results from commercially-available HSV assays from manufacturers such as Focus Diagnostics, Trinity, Bio-Rad, and Siemens are included for characterization of panel members. PTH202 is intended for use by diagnostic manufacturers and clinical laboratories/researchers to develop, evaluate or troubleshoot their anti-HSV 1/2, anti-HSV-1, and anti-HSV 2 tests methods using well-characterized specimens, and to provide comprehensive data for comparative analysis.
