The chemagic™ cfDNA 5k Kit (Manual) uses M-PVA Magnetic Beads to isolate cfDNA from 1 - 5 ml human plasma or serum samples derived from EDTA, citrate or Streck® Cell free DNA BCT® tubes. This kit is designed for manual extraction in 60 - 90 minutes without the need for a chemagic instrument. All reagents are included in the kit, with the exception of water for dissolving Proteinase K, and magnetic stands e.g. chemagic™ Magnetic Stand 2x12, chemagic™ Magnetic Stand Type F or chemagic™ Magnetic cfDNA Stand.
