Cell Guidance Systems offers flexible services, available individually or as packages, to support laboratories with their extracellular vesicle (EV) research efforts.
- The EV Basic Service Package includes three components: 1. EV isolation; 2. Protein quantification; 3. Number and size distribution measurement.
- The EV MISEV Service Package includes six components: 1. EV isolation; 2. Protein quantification; 3. Number and size distribution measurement; 4. Lipid quantification; 5. Western blot; 6. Biomarker analysis.
- Additionally, freeze drying of EV samples is possible.
Results are delivered in a comprehensive report.
Please note that each service incurs a one-time set-up fee plus a per-sample analysis fee.

Exosomes are isolated from the sample using a combination of precipitation and size-exclusion chromatography.
