GALEAS Bead Xtract: Urine gDNA kit enables fast, simple extraction of high-quality genomic DNA (gDNA) from urine samples in under 3 hours. Using 50ml of urine, samples are centrifuged and genomic DNA is extracted from the cell pellet. The kit is flexible and scalable, allowing 1–96 samples to be processed manually or on automated platforms in a single batch. The system uses the reversible nucleic acid-binding properties of paramagnetic beads to make DNA processing simple, clean, and efficient. The extracted gDNA is suitable for downstream applications, including qPCR and Next Generation Sequencing. Nonacus supports the full workflow for bladder cancer analysis: 1.
