RT-qPCR-based assay for the detection of 7 leukemia-associated fusion gene RNAs from whole blood or bone marrow samples.the 7 translocations with more than 40 clinically relevant chromosomal breakpoints. The kit contains ready-to-use cDNA and qPCR master mixes. cDNA is synthesized by adding purified RNA to the ready-to-use cDNA reaction mix of the HemaVision®-7Q. The resulting cDNA is added to ready-to-use qPCR reaction tubes containing specific PCR primers and probes for the detection of fusion genes, three reference genes and an internal amplification control (IAC).Detected Fusion-gen-RNAs: t(9,22) minor, major,and micro; t(1,19); t(12,21); inv16; t(15,17) S, V and L; t(8,21) and t(4,11). DNA Diagnostics produces pre-aliquoted qPCR mixes in various tube sizes optimized for different qPCR instruments. CLP are clear Low profile tubes optimised for the following qPCR instruments: Agilent AriaMX (requires transfer to instrument supplier tubes)
