NEXTFLEX HT Agrigenomics Low Pass Sequencing Kit is a high-throughput library preparation kit compatible with Illumina and Element Biosciences platforms. The kit is suitable for all types of plant and animal samples and can be used manually or in an automated workstation. The NEXTFLEX® HT Agrigenomics Low-Pass WGS Kit is designed for highly efficient conversion of DNA from high- and low-quality samples. The method is optimised to produce libraries of 1 ng - 500 ng DNA while minimising bias and artefacts. In cooperation with Curio Genomics, a powerful bioinformatics platform is offered that is specifically tailored to agrigenomic research.
