The NEXTFLEX® NGS Cleanup Beads are Solid-phase reversible immobilization (SPRI) beads that efficiently purify nucleic acids using reversible magnetic bead binding. They selectively bind DNA by size with high recovery and consistent results. These SPRI beads can be used manually or in any automated liquid handler, depending on sample throughput.
