The Portrait®+ CTC staining Kit is an RUO immunofluerscence staining kit that enables the identification of epithelial, mesenchymal, and epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) CTCs, and CTC clusters. CTC from multiple cancer types, including ovarian, breast, lung and prostate can be visualised. This staining kit is to be used with cells harvested by a Parsortix system from blood samples collected into Streck Cell-Free DNA BCTs. The Portrait®+ CTC staining kit includes the CellKeep™ slide to maximise the retention of CTCs enriched from blood samples.
