SensiScreen® Liquid PIK3CA qPCR Assay is a real-time PCR assay for the semi-quantitative detection of PIK3CA gene mutation in cell-free DNA (cfDNA) purified from liquid biopsies including blood and plasma to determine changes in PIK3CA mutation quantity levels in patients.
