Seraseq® ctDNA Extraction Reference Material contains a ctDNA-like mixture of human genomic DNA from the reference cell line, GM24385, and synthetic DNA constructs in a plasma-like matrix. The average DNA fragment peak size is within the the range of 150-200 bp and four EGFR variants are present in the products at 1% AF to represent tumor ctDNA. This reference material must undergo extraction prior to input into NGS library preparation or most other DNA analysis workflows. Each vial is intended to be used as a single-use aliquot for extraction of cfDNA from 1 ml plasma. ctDNA Extraction Reference Materials are available at concentrations of 20, 50 and 80 ng/ml in synthetic plasma.
