Seraseq® gDNA BRCA1/2 LGR Somatic Mutation Mix is intended for use with targeted next generation sequencing (NGS) or amplified nucleic acid-based methods that identify somatic variants in the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes. The Seraseq® gDNA BRCA1/2 LGR Somatic Mutation Mix is available in a purified genomic DNA format and contains 20 clinically relevant BRCA1/2 variants, including 11 LGRs (Large Genomic Rearrangement), 9 deletions, 5 SNVs, 4 indels and 2 insertions. The expected variant allele frequencies (VAF) are ~10% (AF% values are provided in the batch report depending on the extraction kit).
