Seraseq® Methylated ctDNA Mutation Mix contains a mixture of human genomic DNA from the GM24385 reference cell line consisting of ctDNA-sized DNA fragments that have been methylated at CpG sites (with >90% detectable methylation). This product can be used alone or mixed with the Seraseq® unmethylated ctDNA Mutation Mix to create a desired methylated ctDNA profile.
