Seraseq® ctDNA Myeloid Mix AF 1%, AF 0.5%, AF 0.1% & WT are for use with targeted next generation sequencing (NGS) assays for the detection of myeloid cancer-related somatic mutations by circulating cell-free tumor DNA in blood. These products contain 25 DNA variants, including FLT3 ITDs, NPM1 EZH2 and IDH2, and are intended as quality reference materials for translational and disease research.
