The Seraseq® Solid Tumor CNV Mix reference material contains 12 clinically relevant copy number variations (CNVs) associated with solid tumors and is formulated for use with targeted next generation sequencing (NGS) assays that detect amplifications in human samples. Available with +3, +6 or +12 gene amplification levels (copies). Seraseq® Solid Tumor CNV Mix consists of genomic DNA purified from GM24385 cell line and biosynthetic DNA constructs. The 12 target genes included in Seraseq Solid Tumor CNV Mix reference materials are the following: AKT2, BRAF, EGFR, ERBB2, FGFR3, KIT, KRAS, MET, MYC, MYCN, NTRK1, PIK3CA.
