NGS Applications: Assessing Clonality and Diversity

This webinar will explore advances in next-generation sequencing for clonality and immune repertoire analysis. Speakers will present data for Ig, SHM, and TCR assays compared with PCR, as well as highlight how TCR diversity metrics may aid in characterization and assessment of hematologic malignancies. Practical applications, case studies, and future directions for integrating NGS into routine workflows will be discussed.

EpiDirect®: Determine DNA methylation without prior DNA treatment

The webinar introduces the EpiDirect® technology, which enables direct and rapid analysis of DNA methylation - especially of the MGMT promoter - by qPCR without prior chemical conversion of the DNA material. By using special EpiPrimer™ oligonucleotides that bind specifically to methylated DNA, the method offers high specificity and sensitivity, reduces artifacts and shortens the analysis time to less than two hours.

Molecular Third-Party Controls: Key Tools for Diagnostic Labs in Increasing Regulatory Landscape

Molecular diagnostics has rapidly emerged as a leading global technology for infectious disease testing. Consequently, clinicians depend on the results from these tests for accurate patient diagnosis. The field continues to expand and adapt to the growing needs of infectious disease testing, yet the critical importance of rigorous quality management practices in laboratories, including quality control, remains unchanged to ensure reliable results. With increasing laboratory regulations, providing guidelines for laboratory quality practices, implementing a quality management system can be complex. This webinar clarifies the key considerations for establishing a quality system in laboratories performing molecular diagnostic assays, with a focus on quality controls.
