The XCeloSeq Lymphoma Fusion Kit contains a pool of RNA target enrichment primers located in conserved fusion partners to identify both known and unknown fusions from RNA. These primers are intended for use with the XCeloSeq Targeted RNA Core Reagents (GF031) only. The target enrichment method is a cost-effective and efficient way to capture specific regions after library preparation for next-generation sequencing (NGS). Compared to whole-genome sequencing (WGS), it offers numerous advantages, including increased sequence depth. Due to this depth and sensitivity, target enrichment is proving extremely useful for variant calling in cancer research, identification of disease-associated mutations, single nucleotide variants (SNPs), single gene disorders and gene expression studies.
