The XCeloSeq Unique Dual Indexing (UDI) Sets allow multiplexing of up to 96 different samples, each with a unique combination of i5 and i7 indices for NGS. Compatible with XCeloSeq Library Preparation Kits. The table in the IFU explains how many UDI sets are needed for different multiplexing and for different total numbers of samples. Up to 96 samples can be multiplexed together if all 12 sets are used. Each UDI combination is designed for 8 samples, for a total of 64 samples for each UDI set.
